I have enjoyed developing myself as a well-respected Estate Agent following almost 30 years of experience gained working for both corporate and independent estate agencies in and around Essex and Hertfordshire. I learned from experience exactly what ensures a successful transaction and remain committed to offering a fair and polished service. Historically, agents have earned themselves a poor reputation therefore I have, in turn, worked with persistent tenacity to maintain a level of professionalism that has proven to achieve successful results again & again. I remain committed to restoring the faith and improving the reputation of estate agents.
Our business thrives on its well-deserved reputation and we have now expanded into a formidable rental and management service. Additionally we have developed a specialised service in the park home environment.
2018 SAW OUR TEAM WIN THE GOLD AWARD IN THE PRESTIGIOUS PROPERTY AWARDS ‘THE ESTAS’ where our service was recognised to be the best in the South East Essex and Kent. 2019-2020 saw our team win GOLD at The British Property Awards for Letting Agents in our area. Since starting Rainbow Estate Agents in 2007 along with Rebecca I have both enjoyed and embraced the rewarding challenge of managing a growing Lettings and Property Management Team for over 10 years in Essex and Hertfordshire. Throughout my time as Lettings and Property Manager I have learned the key to a successful relationship between Estate Agent, Landlord and Tenant: mutual respect and communication.
I have worked hard to improve the reputation of Estate Agents for our area, and this effort is reflected in our team winning Gold at the Estate Agent of the Year Awards 2018 for Lettings (as voted by tenants) in the South East (Essex and Kent) and winning GOLD at The British Property Awards 2019-2020 for Letting Agents in our area. To receive such prestigious awards is testament to the ability and dedication of our team.
